Welcome to FestPlanner! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FestPlanner mobile application ("App"), operated by Rudra Enterprise ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

2. Use of the App

• Event Management: The App is designed to help you manage events, track expenses, assign tasks, and organize contacts. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Violating any laws or regulations.

  • Impersonating another person or entity.

  • Uploading or sharing harmful content, including but not limited to viruses, malware, or unauthorized software.

  • Disrupting the operation of the App or attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.

4. User Content

6. Firebase Authentication

The App uses Firebase Authentication to manage user sign-ins and authentication. By using the App, you agree to comply with Firebase's terms of service and privacy policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App. This includes, without limitation, any errors or omissions in the content, loss of data, or interruptions to the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your rights to use the App will immediately cease, and you must delete all copies of the App from your devices.
